1. Who we are

EverycultureLabs is an online marketplace operated by EverycultureLabs ("we", "us"). Products are made and sold by independent makers and brands ("sellers"), not by us. When you place an order, your contract of sale is with the seller who fulfils it; we provide the marketplace, take payment on the seller's behalf, and handle support.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, or use the site with a parent or guardian's consent. Keep your login details private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate contact and delivery details.

3. Orders, sellers and pricing

Several sellers may offer the same product at different prices. You can choose a seller, or let us assign one based on your choice of best price or fastest delivery; the seller and price are confirmed at checkout before you pay. Prices include GST. An order is accepted when a seller accepts it; if no seller can, we cancel it and refund you in full. We may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, with a full refund.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Coupons are subject to the conditions shown with them and can't be exchanged for cash.

5. Shipping and pickup

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more and ₹40 below that. Items are made to order, so delivery time depends on production and courier transit. See the Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel before your order ships. Damaged, defective, wrong or undelivered items can be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns aren't offered for made-to-order items. Full details are in Returns & Refunds.

Digital products. Print files bought in the Custom Studio are digital content delivered to you as soon as payment is confirmed. Because they are available to download immediately, they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded after purchase. If a file does not open or is not the design you paid for, tell us and we will fix it or replace it; this does not affect any right you have under law.

7. Reviews and content you post

Reviews must be honest and about your own purchase. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these rules. You let us display what you post on the marketplace.

8. Sellers, brands and listings

Sellers are responsible for their products, listings, and compliance with law, including tax and product-safety rules. Seller details are shown on each order and invoice. If a listing infringes your rights, tell our grievance officer.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no fraud, fake orders, scraping, attempts to break security, or interfering with other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; changes apply to orders placed after that date.
